1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications

Custom-made or personalized products

Products manufactured upon individual order

Items altered or produced based on measurements provided by the customer
All products described as:

“Personalized”

“Produced on demand”
are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and accept the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Custom Items Only)
For non-custom, ready-stock items, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

In original condition

With original packaging and tags
-
Free from odors, stains, damage, or alterations

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in writing before shipment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Restocking Fee
For non-defective returned items, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value to cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds may be refused entirely if:

The product shows signs of use

The product has been worn, washed, modified, or damaged

The product is returned incomplete
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
For custom-made items, a complaint form must be completed before evaluation.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary.
