By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have obtained parental/legal guardian consent.

3. Products

We offer both:

  • Ready-stock products

  • Made-to-order / custom-made products

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Due to the handmade and historical nature of our products:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur

  • Natural materials may contain irregularities

  • Slight differences from product photos do not constitute defects

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products labeled as:

  • Made to order

  • Custom

  • Personalized

  • Produced on demand

are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

Production begins after payment confirmation.

Such products are non-cancellable once production has started.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to these items under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer’s location.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicious activity

  • Payment authorization failure

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Force majeure events

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns and Withdrawal

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy.

For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to non-custom items only.

Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product designs

  • Texts

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Branding

is the property of Dead People Style and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Weapons and Historical Items Disclaimer

Certain products (e.g., swords, axes, historical replicas) are sold strictly as collector’s or reenactment items.

The buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with local laws

  • Safe handling and storage

  • Legal import regulations in their country

We assume no responsibility for misuse of purchased items.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
