1. Order Processing Time
Ready-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order and custom products require additional production time. Estimated production time is stated on the product page.
Production begins after payment confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options depending on destination.
Estimated delivery times:
Poland: 1–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply only to eligible destinations and order values.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases:

5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Refunds for lost shipments will only be issued after official confirmation from the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos of the packaging and contents

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Weapons and Restricted Items
Certain items (such as swords or historical replicas) may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country.
The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of importing such items into their country.
We are not liable for customs seizure due to local import restrictions.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is:

Returned due to unpaid customs duties
We reserve the right to deduct:

Customs-related fees

A restocking fee (up to 15%)
before issuing any refund.
